Salt cake “Spring”

Components:
- ham (150 g)
- hard cheese (100 g)
- carrot (1 pc)
- pickles (4 pc)
- smoked pork strips (100 g)
- POLIMARK mayonnaise (250 g)
- eggs (2 pc)
- flour (6 tablespoons)
- eggs (6 pc)
- olives
- salt

Preparation:
Knead dough from eggs, flour and salt, as for a cake. Pour it into oiled and floured shape for cakes and bake in moderately heated oven. Later, cut cooled cake into three sheets. Spread POLIMARK mayonnaise over the first sheet and sprinkle with chopped ham, smoked pork strips and chopped pickles Cover with the second sheet of baked cake and spread POLIMARK mayonnaise over it and sprinkle with grated hard cheese and with boiled eggs chopped in cubes. Cover with the third sheet, spread POLIMARK mayonnaise over and decorate with rings of cooked carrot and eggs and olives.

Keep in the refrigerator until use.
