Ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard and margarine are produced in the new modernly built workshop. Production is realized through the newest equipment made by the world famous manufacturers along with automatic process of high degree.

High technology means that all of the processes in the production contain their own note observations that is, computer files through SCADA system. POLIMARK produces high quality finished products by respecting the system of quality, selecting high quality raw materials and using of HACCP and ISO 9001 standards.

The warehouse of finished products: it is enough to say that it is the most modern ware house in Serbia. The warehouse was installed by Westphalia Storage System; German company specialized in production of high pigeonhole automatic warehouses in Europe, Asia and North America. Useful surface of the finished products warehouse is 925, 58 m2 with 2641 palette places on five levels. Every palette has a bar code and is followed by the computer from the warehouse entry through the storing to the desired exit platforms.

Bar code defines all needed data for the particular product which is being kept at 4C in the cooling chamber where the pigeonhole for storing the palettes is placed. Firstly palette passes through the control part of the conveyor where dimensions are checked and bar code is scanned and then the computer using special program stores the palette right on its definite places in the warehouse. Basic parameters used for selecting the place in the warehouse are the product and its expiring date on first in – first out basis.

Storage is completely automatic using the crane placed in the center of the warehouse which with the help of received information sends the palette into exactly defined warehouse canal leaving enough space between each palette to avoid clashing. The crane is completely automatic and conducted by the computer.

Therefore the whole warehouse of finished products and its 15000 m3 is completely in the dark. Possibility of moving the palettes inside the warehouse and reservation of forwarded goods is understood. The warehouse operation system strictly fulfills the demands of the system operating ISO 9001 quality as well as the demands of the HACCP system in providing the safety of the food considering the FIFO principle – “First in, First out”, thus enabling previously produced goods to leave the warehouse before goods produced recently. Storing goods in such a way enables POLIMARK products to enter European market through the main gate.
